I am sure all of you have heard the call in contests on the radio. Be the 13th caller and you could win... Kenny Chesney tickets... call now!!!! You call... beep beep beep beep.. it's busy. You call again.. beep beep beep beep... it's busy.. you call again.. You are caller number ten please try again. Don't you just HATE THAT!!!!!! Well Saturday my daughter and I were coming home from the beach and the radio announcer starts talking about the Pepsi 400 on July 1st. And caller number 9 will win the tickets. I picked up my cell phone, dialed the numbers..... busy.... I said "Firgures it's busy." My daughter, being a great deal like me "Well.... call again mom" So I dialed again.... "Hi, this is JR, and who am I speaking to?" I told him my name and would you believe he said... ."Well Beth today is your lucky day, you just won Pepsi 400 tickets!!!!" NO WAY!!!! I've never gotten through before when I called... WOW how cool is that huh? WOO HOOO I am now spending July 4th weekend in Daytona.... surrounded by MEN sexy Nascar men! lol Dale Jr to be more precise... OOOOOH LA LA So anyway... because of my new found tickets I now have new found friends who all of a sudden seem to think that we are great friends.. even love me in order to go with me.. Not going to work guys. I have someone picked out already and if he can't go with me I am taking my mechanic. It's the least I can do ... right? He does after all work on my car for near to nothing and his wife said I could! So if anyone in my area is going to be there... let me know so we can at least meet and greet! lol Hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was awesome. I will share it with you tomorrow.
