The Spider, the man and the phone
I was going to put off posting this but because DJ asked so nicely I won't make you wait in suspense any longer!
Someone, not mentioning any names, posted a story about women and spiders like women are the only ones afraid of spiders right???
WRONG!!!
Last summer I was dating a man who was deathly afraid of spiders.. a MAN afraid of something so small and harmless He had told me about when we was sleeping one night he felt something was staring at him, when he turned on the light there was a huge wood spider (if you live in the country you know that wood spiders tend to get quiet large and are nasty) and supposedly he shot it with a shot gun and then had to repair the wall.
Needless to say I was laughing my A** off while he was telling this story. Not sure if that story is true or not but personally thought that it was a little over kill to be that afraid of something.. But hey I gave the benefit of the doubt and didn't question it, after all it really didn't matter to me as long as it wasn't my wall that was being shot at!
A few weeks had passed since he shared this story with me and I had really not thought anything about it until one day we were text messaging like crazy (and yes it is addicting) making plans to meet that day at Busch Gardens when after about an hour I wasn't getting any responses - I thought I had made him mad. A few more hours passed and nothing.
I finally tracked him down at a friends house .... He apologized and then asked if I was sitting down. Thinking that something really bad must have happend I sat down ..... Seems he was going to the bathroom while sending me a text message and he happened to look up and there on the ceiling above the toilet......... was a spider...
This little tiny creature caused him to drop the phone in the toilet (and therfore FRIED it) and his member to be caught up in his zipper..
Now I understand that this would be very painful as well as embarrassing......... and I know that I shouldn't have laughed.. I tried not too.... really I did.... but I laughed so hard that I ended up making him mad! HMMMM maybe that's why the relationship ended?
